Things Are Getting Confusing. Will The Endurance HoH Happen Monday?

Sunday, April 20th, 2008

Things have really been crazy today on the Big Brother Live Feeds and while it has not been confirmed we are starting to think that they may tape the eviction and part one of the HoH competition on Monday and play it back Tuesday as a ‘live’ show.

If things work that way then if you want to see the endurance competition you will need to be watching te Big Brother Live Feeds either Monday afternoon or Monday evening depending on when they tape they show. They may run on a normal schedule which would mean they show might be taped around 8 or 9pm Eastern, however if they do tape the show they could do it any time of the day they liked. But I would expect them to do it in the evening so the HGs don’t think it is taped and so the lighting for the Endurance Competition would be similar to a life Tuesday show.

Things that lead us to believe that the show may be taped tomorrow:

  • Hgs have recoreded their ‘goodbyes’ already.
  • They HGs are on an inside lock down all day and they suspect something big is being built outside.
  • Ryan thinks he is getting kicked out of his HoH room early.
  • It would be very hard to do parts one and two of the final HoH competition in less than 24 hours so pre-recording the eviction and part one will make things much easier.

Right now the plan is still for Ryan to not use the POV and Adam to vote out Sheila. But Sheila has been lobbying hard and Adam actually approached Sharon asking for a final two deal with her if he were to keep her. Sharon revealed Adam’s proposition to Ryan so he knows Adam was trying to cover his bases.

Sharon seems to want Ryan to use this as an excuse to get rid of Adam but for now he doesn’t seem to be going that way. Adam is frankly just being a smart player – he knows Sheila will take him to the final two and would like the same assurance from Sharon should she stay and win the final HoH.

Stay tuned, the next couple of days will be very busy and interesting.

Power Of Veto Used By Ryan – One Guess Who Is Up Now.

Sunday, April 6th, 2008

The Live Feeds were slow to start but I think they will be heating up later tonight as James begins to work his magic to try to stay in the house.

As expected, Ryan used the Power of Veto to save Sheila and Adam put James up in her place.

What I didn’t expect was for James to campaign to stay. I really thought he might just give up – I mean how could he convince Sheila and/or Natalie to keep him in?

Well, with Adam’s apparently blessing (and encouragement) – James is on the campaign trail – if for no other reason than to stir things up and keep it interesting.

So – today James approached Sheila and suggested that she consider voting out Sharon on Wednesday and keeping him in the house, thus totally messing with Natalie’s mind and throwing her off her rhythm. According to both James and Sheila, Natalie has seemed to be thinking she is on a roll to win it all.

Sheila will now approach Ryan and see how he feels about the idea. I am not very confident that it will work but as they have all said – it will make this week more interesting!

Pranks Galore On Saturday – POV Meeting Today.

Sunday, March 30th, 2008

It appears that the production staff wants to show a segment on April Fools Day pranks so on Saturday we saw several instances of Big Brother messing with the house guest’s minds and I saw most of them on the live feeds.

The funniest thing was one of the staff members donning what looked to be a Mexican Wrestling style mask and shining a light on it from behind the one way mirror to an unsuspecting HG who was looking in that direction.  It got so bad for Joshuah that he donned a hat to keep from seeing the mirrors.

Other ‘pranks’ pulled by the BB staff included turning off the hot water, turning off the water completely on  Sheila, setting the sink sprayer to squirt an unsuspecting person (It got Sheila), placing a fake rat in the freezer, and some joke with the guinea pigs that I didn’t quite get.

Today brings  the Power of Veto meeting and James will save himself.  Then Sharon will be put up in his place and we will watch the HGs decide who to vote out over the next couple of days.  This one is still up in the air – I can’t sy for sure who is going yet – but there are three guys voting (Adam, Ryan and James) and only one woman (Sheila), if the guys were smart I think getting Sharon out is the better move.
